The Secret Lot Location

Situated on the edge of the region Occitanie, mid-way between Aurillac and Rodez, the area enjoys a semi-mediterranean climate. The steep-sided, meandering river valley affords spectacular scenery and its own micro-climate.

The summers are long and hot but winter is short with many days of glorious blue skies. Snow is short-lived in the valley and quite unusual, although there is plenty in the mountains just a couple of  hours away if you fancy a day’s skiing.

The cottages are on the northern side of the upper Lot valley and enjoy extensive views across the river, benefiting from sunshine at all times of the year.
