The Outside
Facing south and west, this cottage is ideally positioned to catch the light from morning to evening.
A large terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, leads into a spacious living/kitchen area.
The Kitchen / Lounge / Dining
The kitchen is traditionally designed in oak and equipped with fitted oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The focal point of the lounge/dining area is a beautiful Cantou fireplace, a traditional feature in this area, equipped with a wood-burning stove. Logs are supplied and radiators provide further warmth.
The Main Bedroom
The main bedroom, having a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with toilet, hand basin and corner bath, is accessed by stairs leading from the lounge. This large room has a vaulted ceiling, exposed timbers and double aspect dormer windows with views over the Lot Valley.
